Travel Vaccinations

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel please follow this link to complete the online risk assessment form. Paxton patients do not need to fill out their medical and vaccination history. A member of our travel team will then contact you.

It is important to arrange your travel vaccinations as early as possible - at least 6 weeks before you travel - as more than one appointment may be required with the practice nurse to actually receive the vaccinations. 

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS. Please see the price list below.

  • Cholera (for certain countries with reported outbreaks)

Travel Services for Unregistered or Corporate Travellers & School Educational Trips

We will provide a personalised individual travel health assessment based on your itinerary and plans which will include a vaccination schedule, anti malarial medication if appropriate and a free booklet containing travel health information and advice.

We also extend our services to the traveller with more complex needs: pregnant women, young children or those with pre existing health issues. In addition to being able to provide you with your vaccinations and expert travel advice, we also offer anti-malarials, and a range of travel health products.
